The jon reveal scene makes everything ned did so much more meaningful. If you watch the r+l=,j video it will show you every hint you didn't put together and make it all so much more meaningful. This episode moves the show into a new direction. Getting to the end and final battles. So world is getting smaller and you'll get everyone coming together. I looked at this show in 3 parts. Red wedding moved it into a different direction. The season 6 wrapped up a lot of things. Now it's the battles for kings landing and the dead. So end of the world building.. so look at ot like that. I enjoyed all of GOT. Even season 8.. I do wish they made different decisions in the final episode but I understood it all... not everyone hated it.. it hate got the most vocal but just enjoy the show for what it is.... they didn't have the books to go off of anymore after season 5 so I understood why they ended it faster..

2023-06-16 22:17:59 +0000 UTCFun fact by the way if you didn’t already know about this (feels about right to mention it now that you have watched this episode) is that the only reason that the show was made in the first place is that the showrunners guessed right about who Jon snow’s mother was (no one really knew at that point as all the books were not finished, and unfortunatly still not lol), not gonna say anything about who the father is because as you kinda mentioned is that is not yet 100 % clear yet as who it is
