Tier updates

I have divided it into 4 tiers atm, here is the summary.
Tier 1 : 1.5$ >> Early access to the public release of a drawing
Tier 2 : 5$ >> T1 + Access to Fanart character polls, Access to alt version
Tier 3 : 10$ >> T2 + 20€ reduction on commission price
Tier 4 : 25$ >> T2 + 50€ reduction on commission price, access to fully layered PSD files
I believe this should provide a decent base for any future addition, as well as a good balance between coms work and personal work.
This new Tier arrangement will only take effect and replace the previous "yummy peach/watermelon" tiers after the next payment cycle, so you don't need to change anything for now.
I will make another post once the time comes to replace them, so you would know when to operate the switch.
