Still render soon, some brainstorming
Added 2020-02-11 17:07:02 +0000 UTCThe rewards will be going out soon.
Thinking to do a repository where all high-res versions of stills and animations will be available for access through subscription.
Honestly, trying to come up with a fair offer.

A little late to the party but I agree with Jack--if someone subscribes, I feel that they should get access to everything through some kind of repository. Nothing is more frustrating than loving an artists work and wanting to get the high resolution pieces, subscribing to their service of choice, and then being locked out of the stuff that made you want to subscribe to them in the first place simply because it was done in the past. While that does encourage people to subscribe, download and cancel, those who are inclined to do that aren't here to support you but rather to just get access. They are the minority and are a short-term boon, but won't be the ones who make up your foundation of supporters. Those who care will stick around for your future works, as well as the ones you've already done, regardless of whether they have the whole library or not! From a new supporter, keep up the great work! I've definitely loved what I've seen (hence why I'm here!) and can't wait to see what you'll make next!

2020-03-04 06:12:14 +0000 UTCThanks for the input! Don't worry, I won't be bothering heavily with a 3rd party, it's already enough as it is. Long-term supporters won't feel a thing (except get instant access to the archive; organized folders on MEGA), it's mostly down to a better offer for newcomers. :}
2020-02-11 20:14:08 +0000 UTCJust a thought: I wouldn’t get too hung up on something like that; there was a group I used to sponsor that had so much drama over people accessing their work that it became more of a thing than the art itself. It made the whole experience really unpleasant, and I finally just quit supporting them because of it. I can’t speak for anyone else—maybe someone else wants to weigh in?—but I’d say that if people are supporting you on Patreon, go ahead and give them access. If it matters more than that for you personally, feel free to do otherwise, but I wouldn’t go to great lengths to make things “fair” just for the longer-term supporters. It’s way too much complexity, and for me personally, I’d rather see your effort spent making great art than fighting the logistics of a 3rd party repository. Just my 2¢.
