2024 Gaz Minis Paint Competition and WIP update

Hey everyone!

First, a huge thank you for the incredible response to the current release. Your feedback and enthusiasm have been amazing and will definitely influence future projects!****

2024 Gaz Minis Paint Competition!

We had a fantastic response last year, so I’m excited to announce that the 2024 Paint Competition is officially on! Here’s what you need to know:

• Categories: 32mm and 75mm+ (any Gaz Minis mini).

• How to Enter: Submit your entry by emailing gaz_minis@outlook.com with an image of your painted mini. Make sure to include your name or logo in the top right corner of the image. It should be obveous but mention the scale just incase.

• Prizes: In both catagorys $50 for 1st place, $20 each for 2nd place and “Captain’s Pick”. This is via paypal.

• Voting: Will be held on both Tribes and Patreon.

• Deadline: Monday 2nd December 2024

Disclaimer: I’ll be watching out for any “Boaty McBoatface”-style antics! I may limit that $1 cant vote or have less of a vote but not 100% sure yet.

Updates & Sneak Peeks:

I've been brainstorming ideas for the $1 mini tier, and thanks to some fun suggestions, I’m considering dedicating it to a series of “needlessly exaggerated combat poses” for an upcoming squad. Expect some playful and bold concepts—I’ve got a few wild ideas brewing!

Expanding the Siblings of Combat:

Also to share that the Siblings of Combat will soon have a fantasy-themed options! This expansion will feature additional head sculpts and both one-handed and two-handed weapon variations. A bit of a personal side project inspired by an invitation to a Mordheim campaign.

Note: This squad is still a work in progress, so any feedback is appreciated. I’m already seeing that some of the weapons could use a bit of thickening for durability.
