Hey everyone. Hope you are well. A bit of news in this diary. Nothing crazy, don't panic. Haha
June has a few changes to my sculpting going forward. This venture has been a way for me to improve and I hope we agree that over the course of the last year I have done that but I feel for the last few months I have been a bit stagnant.
I have settled into a bit of a rhythm and I honestly want to break that a little. Also, there are a couple issues when it comes to supporting both 32 and 75mm sculptures. Some of my stuff looks better at 32 and others were more intended at 75.
So I came up with an idea which I think works for everyone and helps me stay motivated to focus my sculpts. Every release I will focus on at least one more highly detailed sculpture which will be released both at 75 and 32 while I will also have less detailed but more intended minis which I will only release at 32. This will also let me focus more on supports, as it is very taxing doing tons of different scale supports with variants.
So, using June for an example, the 75 - 32 mm main release will be Elbereth. I am also considering doing a heavy split on her supports so she could be printed at very, very large scale for those of you folks who are into that.
I then have a few funky minis planned, but the overall theme of June looks to be mixed, honestly. Sci-fi and fantasy
That's it for now. Paint competition winners. I need to get to you. The next post I do will give you guys your well deserved time in the spotlight.
Thanks so much and chat soon
