December Sticker Mail Club Theme

This time is your turn to decide the theme! I've got quite a bunch of topics, so this won't be the last poll to decide, so expect one of these around the first days of each month!
The poll will end Sunday night, so it will give you some time to decide and plenty of time to work for me.
With that said, let's see the themes:
Poinsettia Season. 'cause Poinsettias are the staple flower here in Mexico around holidays. I know of a certain donkey and a moon bear who know all about plants.
Job Swap. What would happen if a farmer and a barista switched workplaces for a day? Hmm.
Homemade Cookies. Who doesn't love some freshly made cookies during the cold months? There is something else here included, what could it be?
The Mysery Box. I've got a theme that I will keep a secret. Could be anything, really.
