Screen issues

Due to unknown circumstances, dead pixels started appearing on the screen of my laptop. It started as a very thin line and now looks like this. I'm afraid it starts spreading further and further so I wanted to dedicate these last days to a commission (might open another one later) in case it gets really worse and I have to replace it. As you can see, it's not really bothering for my workspace, I kinda get around but I want to be prepared in case I do need a replacement of the screen.
