There are so many great character designs in Naruto that were sadly barely seen, or like with Ino's mother or Hinata's mother, we didn't even get a real name for them, they're just known as "such and such's mom," Hitomi is a popular name for Hinata's mother in fanfics and such though Ino's mom isn't as agreed upon
