Battlecrest is a pocket-sized tactical skirmish game that allows you to take a satisfyingly strategic conflict wherever you go!

This Kickstarter campaign brings back all of the existing heroes and maps, and introduces two new elements to the game.... an all new Overlord Co-Op game where you can battle 1-4 players against a big evil boss, and a whole new set of heroes and map set in the Deadrock Base Game, a dusty landscape with a storm that moves through the center, posing a new environmental risk to the heroes. We also have some bonus heroes, new solo Imperator cards, and much more.

What will be included in future packages?

Supporters of levels including a wallet game ($18+):

Battlecrest Deadrock Base Game and Battlecrest Reference Cards will be offered as the Featured Wallet Game in a future BGotMC package.

Battlecrest Eterna Overlord and Battlecrest Expansion Collection #5 will NOT be included in a future club package. If you want to receive these we have set up the secret “BGOTMC Members Upgrade” reward at Kickstarter with a special members price of $15. Here's how to pledge at Kickstarter

You need to support the Kickstarter campaign if you want the content that is not coming to the Board Game of the Month Club, more than one copy of Battlecrest Deadrock Base Game, or will switch it out when it is the Featured Wallet in the club package.

For this campaign, we will be using Kickstarter’s pledge manager for all backers. Shipping costs will be collected later through the pledge manager.

For the content that is not coming to the club:

You need to calculate the amount to pledge based on the reward you wish to receive.

Choose the $1 Board Game of the Month Club Members reward level and adjust your pledge amount by adding bonus support:

Subtract $1 from that to find your total.

The all-new Deadrock map is as dangerous a place as the Neververse has ever seen. This rocky desert offers plenty of opportunities for clever heroes to rain damage on their foes, but the twin storms at its center can bring down even the toughest warrior all by themselves. Don’t get caught in their path or you might not ever get out.

The Eterna Overlord Set expansion contains 18 cards. It introduces a new 6-card map (playable in any game mode) and 12 cards for Eterna. This expansion creates a larger, multi-stage cooperative boss battle for 1–4 players, and was designed to be a much more streamlined experience than Imperator (quicker turns, less of a simulation). Eterna feels like a proper boss as well, unleashing round-altering effects, heavy hitting area-of-effect attacks, and structures that cover landmarks which must be destroyed to progress.
