Friday Art Preview - 5/12/23

Back in March I teased Championland: Track and Field with a few images of cards. I thought I would show you a bit more Championland as we are getting closer to its release. The above image shows what the game looks like on the table. This game went through many iterations as we wanted the game to look nice on the table. The earlier version that I shared in March had all the cards with the same background. This made them a little hard to see on the table and the two teams looked the same. We went back and adjusted the cards and came up with something that looks nicer on the table.
Here is the cover for Championland: Track and Field. The cover features 9 athletes in different action poses. We wanted the cover to look very athletic and exciting.
we have a lot planned for Championland. Here is a teaser at some possible future Championland content. We have a volleyball player and a wrestler. The wonderful thing about sports is that there's so much potential when illustrating.

So is this game 2 player? The 2 colors reminds me a bit of Hierarchy (if I'm getting the name correct).
