Friday Art Preview - 2/24/23

Happy Friday friends, this week we will be sharing a sketch with a final image. This shows our process a little bit, so lets get to it.

Here is the Raja Suite. This is one of the finer train cars that we have on The Royal Limited. We gave the artist, Taylor Stone, a little description of the train car. We wanted to have gold gilded accents and decoration on the train car as well as nice curtains in the windows. Each train car's basic design is to be the same, since real train cars don't vary too much in appearance. We just asked the artist to give each train car it's own special details to make them unique.

This is the final illustration for the Raja Suite. The artist really did a wonderful job. The gold gilding makes the train car stand out, and the couple in the window add just a bit of character. Taylor Stone also did the character art and this game has a very consistent art style which flows nicely. We really like the colors Taylor used as well as the textures. We are now in the process of putting the cards together and soon this game will be ready for print!
