Friday Art Preview - 6/24/22

Hey everyone, today we have another art preview. This one will focus a little more on the graphic design end of things as we have a lot of cards laid out and ready for print.

For The Family Dinner we have 3 new expansions coming soon. This one is all about meat, so we decided to go with a stencil font that looks as if it is stamped right on the page. We wanted the text to feel different from the base game and the other expansions. The meat expansion also has one word prompts, so this in your face approach to it works really well.

Since this expansion is about tea time we wanted it to look a little more elegant than the meat expansion. The prompts for tea time are a little more gossipy than the rest. We are really happy with the overall look of the expansions and they should fit really well with the base game.

Next up is the cover art for the next installment in AdvanceQuest. This adventure will take place at Darkhill, a tower deep in the desert. Darkhill is actually the setting for Hierarchy! I love this artwork because the tower looks so mysterious. You can also assume just from this image that the people reaching the tower must have been through a long journey just to get there. I really like how the art captures that.

This last image is from an unannounced, in development Unsurmountable expansion. There isn't much to say about this expansion yet but I wanted to share the cute illustration of the climber in need.
