Antinomy on Tabletop Simulator for Patrons only

Here's another Tabletop Simulator update from Tyson, but first a quick update of everything else on the horizon. Expect an Agropolis PNP here very soon, as (if it gets accepted), the Kickstarter is going to be on Sept 29th. I'm trying to get it together this week. Also, we anticipate Agropolis to come to TTS just before the campaign, but for Patrons only. And other than that, the last of the May/June packages went out yesterday and we're shifting focus to July/August and Sept/Oct. Hopefully some news very soon!

Take it away Tyson:

Hey everybody! It’s time again for another Tabletop Simulator Module to release. Today we are releasing John Baluci’s Antinomy:

/an-tin-uh-mee/ noun

(A contradiction between two beliefs or conclusions that are in themselves reasonable; a paradox)

As a Sorcerer, you have long sought ancient relics, imbued with magic. What unspeakable power can you unleash when you collect relics from anywhere in the spacetime continuum?

Antinomy is a head to head battle of wits as 2 competing sorcerers in search of powerful Paradox Crystals. Play a single card from your hand using the color or symbol to dive into the past, or use the number to fly into the future. The card you land on gets swapped with the card you played allowing you to build up a winning hand. Wherever you go, clever card play and a set of 3-of-a-kind cause paradoxes forming crystals of your own. Or confront your opponent in a Clash to wrest control of their crystals. Collecting 5 of these crystals will ensure your control over space and time. Do you have what it takes to wield the power of Antinomy?

This module is the base game and plays with 2 players. To access the module, make sure you have added ‘buttonshy’ as a friend on steam and added your information to this form (https://forms.gle/gSGxSjgdp6xdrhtt6. If you have completed that, you now have access to subscribe to the module by accessing it through the workshop under ‘Friends Items.’ In case you need a reminder here is a quick way to find that:

From your Steam Library Select Tabletop Simulator and then select the “Workshop”

Click on the browse drop down

Then select “Items”

On the right hand side select “Friends’ Items”

Any content from Button Shy will appear here after your friend request is accepted.

We hope you enjoy this module, if you find any problems or have questions let us know. Please remember that as a BGOTMC member you get exclusive access to these modules as one of the perks to being a patreon backer. As such, we ask that you do not give this module to non-BGOTMC members, you are of course welcome to play it with them, but please do not save a copy for them.

Thanks everyone!

Hi Tyson, many thanks for the reply, sorted now and friends request accepted. Found you with 'buttonshystuff' - even though 'buttonshy' is the majority of the name, I couldn't find you a all with that alone.

Chas Rust

It’s available to everybody. What’s your steam name? You can search for either buttonshystuff or use this code 1119170912

Tyson Mertlich

Thanks for the reply. Yes, that would be great.

Jacqueline Stewart

Is this only available in the USA? I filled out the form (possibly more than once accidentally) but can't find 'buttonshy' at all, with or without the space.

Chas Rust

Hi Jacqueline, yes, a copy of TTS is required to play any of the modules we will be putting out (Skulls of Sedlec and Antinomy are the only two out now but more to come). If you’re in the discord I will try to post when TTS goes on sale as you can regularly find it for 50% off at $9.99.

Tyson Mertlich

Hi - do I need to buy a copy of Tabletop Simulator to be able to access the game?

Jacqueline Stewart

I have accepted everybody as a friend on steam who have both requested the buttonshy account as a friend AND filled out the form. If you have either filled out the form or requested the account as a friend but did not do both, please make sure that you BOTH fill out the form and request the account as a friend on steam. If you're having problems or feel you've done both of these things, please let me know so we can get you set up.

Tyson Mertlich

That worked, thanks!

Oscar Siles

Use either buttonshystuff or this friend code 1119170912

Tyson Mertlich

TTS steam friend code: 1119170912

Tyson Mertlich

Somebody in the discord server pointed out that they were unable to find buttonshy in the steam friend search (it turns out that you can find it if you search "buttonshystuff" but not "buttonshy") so please use the friend code to request to be friends if you have not yet requested:

Tyson Mertlich

I seem to be getting "There are no users that match your search" when trying to add "buttonshy" as a friend on Steam. Am I looking for the wrong thing?

Oscar Siles
