As always, the playmat / 4 games is very expensive to ship Internationally. International shipping also just went up a few weeks ago, so it's harder to absorb $2-6 more dollars on a $10 purchase. We still suggest bundles of up to 3 games, PNPs, and free website shipping on older games for the best way for our International friends to save money. 

So what's the game all about? 

Deep in the Pocket Universe, the balance of  power is shifting.  Seventeen newly discovered planets are being colonized and tapped for crucial resources. Shifting alliances and  stacks of galactic credits influence battles for control. Can you claim Universal Rule?

In Universal Rule, players battle for control of the universe in this pocket sized 4X style game. You can colonize new planets, improve upon  those planets, gain credits based off of the resources that the planet  produces, or attempt to destroy other planets that threaten your  existence. Other players can follow, but at a cost. The first player to  show their true dominance through victory points will win the game.

What's new?

First up is the standalone edition of Universal Rule, Singularity.  This is a new 18 card set that brings forward a few new themes. It is a  standalone expansion, following our two previous standalone expansions,  Universal Rule, and Universal Rule: Second Wave. Each can be played  alone or mixed together. 

We are also introducing Universal Rule: Solo AI,  a 5 card AI opponent with varying difficulties that can be played with  any Universal Rule game or any combination of the games. The AI opponent  uses one of 5 actions per turn, after assessing the game state. You  will need to win the game by having more victory points than the AI when  the last card is drawn from the deck, or when one of you colonize your  fifth planet (whichever comes first). Along with the Solo expansion  comes a single additional planet card, Cinda.
