The Perfect Moment is live on Kickstarter! Here are your discount details.

Sorry for the brief post, as this one is timely (haha, sorry again for the bad wordplay) but here's a quick update on things before we talk about The Perfect Moment. 

July and August packages have been shipping. I believe there is a portion that are still working their way out this weekend. We will post a form link next week for anyone that hasn't received theirs. On this form link will also be a section for those of you that received your first package without the starter package. Those went out earlier than planned, and the starters will go out separately. Keep an eye here for the form. 

September and October are next. We start assembling them on Tuesday and start shipping immediately after. The wallet games for both are still lingering here, so $20 level packages may go out without the wallets, with the wallets following later. I will let everyone know before we start shipping if that's the case. I just don't want to hold them any longer than we have to.

T-Shirts are usually sent in batches. I'm going to try to have the next round of T-Shirts out in the November packages. I"ll post an update here when that's ready as well.

And we need to tease the December packages in the next update as well. Lots to do here and we're pushing forward. We just settled in our new office space and things are looking very positive now that we're out of my cramped house.

Onto The Perfect Moment

Suddenly, a portal opens up and someone walks through it - not  just anyone, but you. Before you can say anything, the other you says,  “Shut up and listen. This is a time machine. You know what you have to  do.” As you are handed the machine, your mind immediately goes back to  that one event that you always wished that you could have changed.

This is your chance to change it. You see on the readout that the  machine is already primed to go to the exact date and time that you  were thinking of. As you press the activate button, the other you says,  “Don’t screw it up like I did.”

In The Perfect Moment, players are racing to rewrite history in their  favor using a deck of only 18 cards. Each player will have two  double-sided equipment cards in play at a time. You can  use the ability of any piece of equipment facing you, so that card your  opponent just equipped might be the key to your next turn!  Additionally, you'll have one card in your hand, called a revision, that you may score at the end of your turn. Finally, there is a paradox card in play that both you and your opponent may use for its ability, or score.

Mike Mullins (Bottom of the Ninth, Pentaquark, Circle The Wagons:  Lone Cowboy) designed a tricky little solo ruleset for The Perfect  Moment, called Echoes.  

Trying to change the past is not without consequences. Your  travels are creating echoes in spacetime, and threatening unwind all of  reality! You must complete your objectives before these echoes tear  everything apart.
