An Update on The Carousel - Restock Date & New Order Options

As many of you know, the Carousel proved to be more popular than we dared hope, quickly selling out in the UK and Europe, and now recently too in Australia. But for those still waiting their turn to order, we have two good-news announcements!

BOTC Online is Currently Down - Users Unable to Log In

Ooof, it's certainly not our week.

We regret to inform you that we’re currently experiencing issues with user accounts in the app. At the moment, users are unable to log into the app. This is an ongoing issue that we’re monitoring closely with Shopify Support, who manage our user accounts.

• The best case scenario is that Shopify is able to resolve the issue and users will be able to log in normally within a few hours, potentially even sooner.
