Before we get into this month's Kickstarter, some news:

Most of you should have your September packages as they have almost all made it out the door. So many delays but it's mostly behind us. If you don't already have it, you should have it close to the weekend.

The November Kickstarter Wallet game is Universal Rule, a 3-5 player 4X game by Chip Beauvais (who you may know from Smoke &a Mirrors).

Deep in the Pocket Universe, the balance of power is shifting. Seventeen newly discovered planets are being colonized and tapped for crucial resources. Shifting alliances and stacks of galactic credits influence battles for control. Can you claim Universal Rule in this 4x wallet game from Button Shy?

In Universal Rule, players battle for control of the universe in this pocket sized 4X style game. You can colonize new planets, improve upon those planets, gain credits based off of the resources that the planet produces, or attempt to destroy other planets that threaten your existence. Other players can follow, but at a cost. The first player to show their true dominance through victory points will win the game.

Universal Rule is a 3-5 player game designed by Chip Beauvais with art by Sara Beauvais and layout by Jason Washburn (of Talon Strikes Studios). Gameplay lasts 30-45 minutes and is recommended for ages 12 and up.

$1 level through $10 level patrons
Visit the Kickstarter Campaign and choose the $1 Reward for Board Game of the Month Supporters. There you will modify your pledge amount as follows:

The game costs $10 with free US shipping. Your cost will be as follows:

$1 Patrons - Kickstarter Cost with US Shipping - $9 ($1 savings)
$5 Patrons - Kickstarter Cost with US Shipping - $8 ($2 savings)
$10 Patrons - Kickstarter Cost with US Shipping - $5 ($5 savings)

If you want the bonus packs, just add $3 or $6 to your pledge. If you want any higher level items or if you are non-US, just do the same but subtract your discount from the total. US shipping is free at all levels, and Canada / International shipping costs are listed under each reward. Just ask me if you have any questions. :)
