Sadly I don't think they could pull off cameos like Kaguya-sama or others if they aren't really licensed to the same producers I think? A show I know that is able to do this is Isekai Quartet which features Re:Zero, KonoSuba, Overlord and Tanya the Evil characters mainly but also later features other characters from other isekai shows owned by the same producers (Kadokawa) like characters from Cautious Hero, Shield Hero and some others. So if you're ever in a mood for a fun comedy with Overlord characters (and others), then that's an amazing show to watch. All the episodes are around 5-10 minutes tops and it's just all around fun seeing characters from different universes come together and interact with eachother. Currently it has 2 seasons and 1 movie I believe and if you wanted to you could binge it out in a day easily.
