Why We Love Superhero Teams (WIP)

This is the intro for a VERY SMALL video essay I'm doing. Just breaking down the main appeal of superhero teams and what constitutes as a superhero team. Along with all the ways that these shows utilize their appeal to drive an interesting and compelling story. It's only going to be maybe 15 min, but I'm adding some flair to the video to make it more of an experience.

Going to Add D&D Stuff to the Store

I'm making and compiling original 5e D&D material that I've made for my games and I'll be listing those on both the patreon digital store and the etsy store. Owl House Trading Card

From now on, the holographic will be the monthly trading card, but holographic. There won't be two different designs. This way there's less work for me and honestly there's some cards that deserve the holographic treatment.

New Tier - Just Holo Cards

I have some ideas for trading cards in the future. And I wanted to make a tier that was solely holographic trading cards. This tier, you'll get three holographic cards. One of the new card from that month, and two repeats from previous months. I've been working on making my own trading card designs and I still find myself experimenting with stuff even though I don't have to.

Problem with Holo Trading Cards

I just got the order for the holographic trading cards, and they're cut the wrong size. I was trying to make it the size of a YuGiOh card, but the manufacturer cut them shorter than they're supposed to be.
(Left): Original card over YuGiOh card.
(Middle): Original card.
(Right): YuGiOh card.
I won't be able to get these remade by the end of the month. So I'm going to have to email each ULTRA patron about what they want from this month's rewards. Expect a message in your inbox soon...

Switch Your Tiers

If you pre-ordered a skate deck, you need to manually change your tier so you don't get charged the same amount again. Me deleting the tier doesn't change your subscription to that tier. Patreon is really weird and annoying about this. Which is why I'm trying to transition to Etsy for things like this. And since Patreon automatically withdraws all the money from the Patreon account directly to my business account, and since I can't put money back INTO the Patreon account, I have to wait for t...

Thank you to everyone who ordered a skate deck. I also ordered a test print of another skate deck design for a possible future drop. Almost Done with the Second EAH video

Life got really exhausting. I'm juggling three things at once. But I should finish up the script for the second video and I'll get the final video finished and out to you guys on either Tuesday or Wednesday.

Delay in Rewards

Usually I'd be shipping out rewards right now, but with the problem with the stickers (posted previously), I'm still waiting for the replacement stickers to arrive. So there will be a few days of delay before the rewards are shipped. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Bad news everyone, the skate decks were a failure. I lost money on the endeavor. I'll break down some basic numbers. 

17 Skate Decks Ordered x $60each = $1,020
Boxes = -$63.01
Skate Deck Test Print = -$62.03
Ordering Skate Boards = -$488.73
Packaging Material = -$71.01
Shipping = -$493.85 

 In total, after the person from the post office was kind enough to fudge some numbers to bring shipping down, I lost about $158.63. Which isn't a lot. I know wh...
