First opening is misleading this is an isekai and the first opening shows new world people in the old world The setting is modern-esque fantasy with magic (think Industrial Revolution/Victorian era but with magic) The main character is a fail upwards type character like Ains from Overlord (makes random plan comrades take it has deeper meaning ect) Highly enjoyable 100% recommend
