But to stay vague, I'll just say the anime itself takes place in only one time period, following one main storyline. Basically the premise is: we are used to the "main character gets transported into another world" trope. But what would it be like if the reverse happened? Add to all that an amazing animation by TROYCA Studio and a Sawano OST.
