Some may find the anime’s slang hard to follow. Especially if English is not their native language. For this reason, I would suggest using ( English ) subtitles for this anime, or any other anime we watch in dub. As far as this episode is concerned, the moon & the OST will take on an entirely different meaning at the conclusion of this anime. In the meantime, enjoy the rollercoaster ride.

If the implants need immunosuppressants and they function similar to currant day then yes you would need to take the meds regularly until the implant was removed. Immunosuppressants work by modulating/reducing the activity of the immune system to prevent autoimmune responses (the immune system attacking the body). This is temporary because you really wouldn't want it lasting any longer than absolutely needed, you make yourself more vulnerable to various infections along with other risks. Transplanted organs are pretty much never 100% accepted by the body and so immunosuppressants are needed to prevent autoimmune response and possible rejection, this is temporary and more like a delay. Eventually transplants are rejected, you get X Number of years until well I'm no doctor and its complicated but Modern medicine hasn't solved this, your original organs are still more or less the best you will ever get.
