My favorite part of this episode is the fact that while we are told that Lloyd is a good guy we don't know FOR SURE that Lloyd's country is in the right. There's always people pulling strings in the background in anime so you never really know if Lloyd is being kept in the dark or something. For example, Yuri also believes that he's doing the right thing. So it's refreshing to see that a future without Lloyd is a future where the countries go to war. His mission truly is to save the world and I think it's pretty cool to have some evidence of that.
Also wanna appreciate how heartbreaking it was to see Yor and Anya so depressed looking in that still-frame vision of the future.
