I find it extremely heartwarming that as childish as Anya really genuinely is in this show, she still genuinely wants to help Lloyd save the world and puts concepts like "greater good" above her own selfish desires. She wanted a castle or peanuts or maybe a castle full of peanuts. I'm sure she could have asked for anything in the last episode but she wanted a dog to help Lloyd's mission and that just melts my heart.
