Not sure how binding yourself up and getting your sexy big soles tickled does that, plus, Missy, you're not in costume! Rosie wanted to trick or treat with you, and she always has a hard time deciding costumes! Rosie: I was gonna do an Impidimp one tbh...it's the closest thing we have to a demon, and we need more sexy demons in Pokemon.
