The Levi chase scene in this episode is one of the most amazingly animated scenes in modern anime. You can feel the tension and borderline claustrophobia through the screen.
And you just get to see Levi proving has more bad-assitude in his pinky finger than most of the rest of the cast combined (Mikasa not included)

Levi when told about humans being titans: "so you're telling me I've spent all this time and energy running around killing people?"
Levi when asked about his leg: "I can move well enough."
Levi in this episode- maneuvering through streets, alleys and construction, dodging bullets and civilians, while slaughtering people in his way.
Rod Reiss- his unblinking giant eyes- my creep-o-metre goes off anytime he's on screen. bleurgh

The ammount of "spoilers/foreshadowing" this show gives you in almost every episode and intro/outro is astounding. But done so well you have no idea that it is anything to take notice of until you see the events that follows it.
If you have the time, go back to the scene where Ymir in her titan form is tearing down the tower. Then take a look at the pose that Berdtholt is in. Just one of many small examples where the show tells a coherent and complete story, right before our eyes without us even realizing it. I love Attack on Titan, and your reactions to it!

After you finish watching S3 (Part 1 and Part 2) go back to this video once more and rewatch the scene from 23:32 to 23:42. Those references will finally make sense.
