I know it's been a while since this came out, but since you asked I'll answer how I felt about their deaths (I think you asked us how we felt when Ainz didn't bring the squad back to life). With overlord you have to build this neutrality in your mind, since the current Ainz doesn't have that human connection to other people anymore. He doesn't feel any worse about killing a human verse a goblin. so if you want to somewhat understand or not feel too bad about it, you really have to let go of the thought that you gotta help them because they are human, gotta see *everything* equally. If you really think about it, Ainz is at the pinnacle of equality "lol jk". This is at least what comes to my mind when I think about it. it might also be that I've watched/read so much anime/manga that I've become numb to the concept of death in them.

I felt great. More side characters' death, more joy

to you querstion why he didnt bring them back. They are too low level, if you ressurect someone they lose muliiple Levels. So lets say they are level 4 and ressurecting them will subtract 11 levels... their Bodys are not strong enough and become ash. I hope that makes sense and i could explain it well enough.

In this episode, when first watching it, I was glad something was finally happening π
