Recording and Streaming
Added 2025-10-14 21:07:34 +0000 UTCUsing OBS and a virtual camera to test streaming on Discord.
Couldn't get desktop music to play, which is annoying but no big deal. The problem is that when I tried to playback the saved recording it was awful. I've never seen such chop in a video before.
Which is in total contrast to my one viewer who said it was all fine.
What I did was spruce up my old boxing headgear from 2017 and also updated the Substance Painter file to export new and better textures.
I guess I can post the new updated version of the headgear at least.
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to why the recording was so awful? At first I thought maybe playback was through Windows media player but no, it was using VLC.

I guess maybe I should record off Discord ... maybe? Maybe outputting out of OBS to both Discord and a saved local file might be too much for OBS?
