Fantastic computer with amazing features, speed and quiet and everything just worked... except for everything I upgraded for!
Apparently without a dedicated GPU I can’t even turn on my streaming software and Clip Studio Paint is slower then on my 2012 laptop!
Now, Apple does say I can buy a $700 external GPU but then I will have this big ugly box sitting on my desk as well as a noisy fan extra and at that point I might as well buy a 2016 MacBook Pro.
Sigh.
Oh Apple. Why do you hurt those closest to you!

Apple really hasn't dominated the graphics industry for some time now. It was a given "yesteryear" but the PC market has long sense matched or surpassed them. PCs are far easier to upgrade or repair as well.

2020-02-17 01:36:33 +0000 UTCI used to use a PC but Apple handles the graphics/mouse response differently then Windows and it is really much nicer to use especially with what I do with it!
