Good news... bad news.
Added 2019-10-30 20:32:13 +0000 UTCDistal fracture but no displacement of the scaphoid.
So the break could have resulted in permanent damage to the bone without surgery but doesn’t because it wasn’t displaced (everything still lines up).
The doctor is concerned that if I dont let it heal properly it could become displaced and says it needs to be splinted 24hrs for 4-6 weeks. :(
Drawing? No. Writing? No. I’m just allowed to wiggle my fingers and that’s it.
So it looks like I MAY have to keep the pause going for November (no charges for that month).
This is totally off theme of raunchy comics but I used to do fakes (placing celebrity heads on erotic bodies).
I’m pretty sure I can still do that. Is anyone interested in me doing that for the month? I’ll set up a poll.

Haven't checked in for far too long - Booby Bucks, looking forward to using those! But the ONLY thing that matters right now is for you to heal, no matter how long that takes. Talent like yours NEEDS to be preserved, so I'm glad you're going to do that instead of forging ahead and damning the consequences. But celeb fakes could be fun, I used to love collecting those, so yeah, if it will keep your creative juices flowing and scratch that itch, then go for it! :)
