Nevertheless, your reactions are always a fun watch. Keep it up! (Just pay better attention, ya damn toddlers with ADHD.)

2025-09-04 02:59:21 +0000 UTCBit confused by what you mean by filler... it's a slower paced episode sure, but everything that happens here is important to move the story forward and we've had tons of them that you've both loved (hell almost all of S1 was like this), interesting character moments and the plot moving ahead with a few new discoveries about the station. Not my favorite episode ever but pretty good. Loved Naomi and Holden reuniting though I do agree as a viewer it doesn't hit as hard as it could since we didn't see her leave and had a time skip while she was gone. And Drummer's reaction while being treated was gut punching indeed. At least it's the future and regrowing a spine is possible.

2025-09-02 06:50:17 +0000 UTCNaomi said she was leaving after Io, because of all the interpersonal trouble they were having (she lied and gave Fred Johnson the protomolecule without anyone else's approval or knowledge, she kept second-guessing everyone's decisions, both Amos and Alex had turned on her for a bit, and Holden didn't trust her anymore), and because she felt like her connections to The Belt were stronger than her ties to the Roci. Then yes, there was a several month time skip. So yeah, it's only been 5-6 episodes since they saw each other, but in-universe time, it's been at least a quarter of a year.
