Well only me Badger could send you Star Trek Ninja Turtles. Pantless Spock is an original 1976 Mego. DeForest Kelley's actually autograph is a fun find too.. so glad you enjoy all the stuff! BTW.. Your channel was pretty newish, to me at least, and you were there through both my bosses passing, and my mother's in the last couple of years. Those 8 hour drives back and forth to my moms were grueling, and watching her go downhill every trip- but I 'if memories serves', it was Wrath of Khan I watched while up there and feeling really low.. and it was like watching it with a couple of friends. That's why we watch you- you invite us into your personal friendship and make us all feel welcome to join in for a couple of hours a week. It's a nice escape, the same as Trek. So thank you You are welcome to fly to Oregon and clean out a Trek room...lol Have you still not pushed the top buttons on your Borg cube?

Inside Star Trek is a great read!

Sometimes Blish would just change the titles for no good reason and then put the real title underneath in parentheses. He did that for The Man Trap, renaming it “The Unreal McCoy.” “The Last Gunfight” was the most confusing, though, because he listed the “real” title under it as “The OK Corral.”

That's great! Otherwise I was gonna send you a new copy when you got your PO BOX back up. Hope you guys enjoy it

It has been received!

Josh (Target Audience)

Hey guys, just wondering if Amazon ever sent you that Imzadi book as a replacement for the random book you actually received 😆

Katie Jackson

The technical manual has so many gems in it. I know you guys aren't into the tech junk, but there is stuff in it that will explain a lot about some episodes.

Crush

Those episode pictures that come with the TAS blu-ray are pretty cool. For ages I've thought about framing them all but haven't gotten around to it. One of these days

James Bottas

Glad you guys liked the gifts. Enjoy 🤜🤛

James Bottas

Nice, I've still got that Technical Manual. Great stuff in there.

The Blish books were usually based on earlier scripts, which is why there's the original title "That Last Gunfight" and how several adaptations had plot points that were eventually cut. For instance, I remember in the adaptation of "Who Mourns For Adonis?" it ended with McCoy announcing to Kirk that Carolyn had morning sickness and was pregnant with Apollo's child. I had all of them at one point but I think they're all long gone now, along with the copy I had of the Concordance. James Blish apparently had a thing for making the female characters silver blonde. As I recall even Elaan of Troyius, who was definitely not silver blonde in the episode, was described that way in the adaptation. Of course, they all could have been described that way in the scripts before the roles were cast. I did have one set of books I would have sent you if I hadn't sold them on eBay probably close to 20 years ago. There were 12 TOS episodes that were published as Fotonovels, basically paperback comic books with stills from the episodes and were captioned with dialogue balloons. I had all of them. The only ones I remember were done for sure were "Amok Time", "City on the Edge of Forever", "The Trouble With Tribbles", and "The Devil in the Dark". I don't remember how much I sold them for, but I assume they'd be going for a lot more now. I liked them but I didn't read them much because I was afraid the pages would fall out like what happens sometimes with paperbacks.

Dr. McCoy used a medical Tricoder don't forget. I believe "The Last Gunfight" was the novelization title for "Spectre of the Gun". "Charlie X" was novelized under the title "Charlie's Law".

I am the guilty party who sent you the copy of Colossus: The Forbin Project. I ordered it to your PO box before you started the movie lottery. It's ok, you will get to it eventually! It's also available for free streaming here when it's time to synch...https://vimeo.com/394729987

Monty Crawford

It's also here for free. https://vimeo.com/394729987

The Art of Star Trek is a good book. I have a copy.

Collin Freeman

Those Star Trek Concordance books are worth quite a bit.

Collin Freeman

Awesome to see the Star Trek collection build But also good to see the resources for future viewing expand Colossus: The Forbin project Is a difficult movie to find on streaming, however, it can be located through archive.org at the Internet archive for free viewing on the Internet. It just takes a little time to search it up. Note for possible future viewing and sharing with Target Audience members

Yay, the TNG technical manual! Love the section on hand phasers where they describe what all the different settings do (i.e setting 3 is heavy stun & knocks you out for a hour; setting 4 & higher gives you phaser burn, etc) from stun, to disrupt, to vaporize! 💥

Matt Everkoul

I don’t like The Godfather either, people always give a shit😂
