It's not in my habit to comment, but I think sharing a bit of experience as a trans, neurodivergent, person could be relevant for "Mr Universe". Growing up and being treated as different often doesn't help, even if you are different in some ways, you just want to belong and I think, in "Mr Universe" Steven felt rightfully excluded. As stated, being a teenager and all, you can tend to react intensely, but that doesn't mean he was wrong. At least, not on everything. Greg is right, Steven didn't know how Greg's parents were and I'm not sure he would have liked growing up with them. But again, Steven could have gone to school, seen a doctor and so on... He is half-gem, that's a fact, but every human is different and those differences aren't always treated kindly, those difference are not always taken in account by doctors. Steven is still a person who wants to be treated like a normal person. Some people wouldn't have respect that, but that's ok, it's usually better than feeling cast out.
