I just rewatched Yesterdays Enterprise and I love all of the little details Whoopi had in her performance. Like she maintained this great sense of wrongness and revulsion at the altered timeline and it really comes across in her confidence with Picard and later her slight hostility towards Tasha. Great actor.

2024-08-12 16:48:25 +0000 UTCNot a fan of Whoopi in general, but I love her role in these seasons of TNG. She often only has one scene, but they propel the episode in a strong character-driven way. Guinan was pretty much the star in YE as much as Yar was, and she helped carry the episode and make it what it was.
