2022-11-14 14:53:18 +0000 UTCI don't hate this one - I just laugh at the drapes used as costumes ;-) They chose their spots for spending money - this was not one of those spots! It does have Julie Newmar - the original catwoman. You guys should check out 60s Batman - talking about camp! It was TOS's competitor - and was the top series in 1966 (I think) - TOS never even sniffed that high in the ratings.

If he was wrong in his second analysis and there really were Federation citizens in distress out there, leaving them would be a really bad thing. He was just being cautious.

2022-09-07 16:15:00 +0000 UTCYeah, this is a pretty embarrassing episode. I think they had a decent concept (although, at best, the concept is still Great White Missionary Teaches Poor Indigenous Folks About Life), but yeah, the plot was ridiculous and the production values were lousy. *sigh*
