2022-08-11 20:00:31 +0000 UTCDavid Soul (Hutch from the original Starsky & Hutch) plays the other native who learns how to kiss from the native girl. This episode has a lot of Star Trek TOS tropes: the paper mache serpent god, the dead redshirts, Scotty not able to get enough power from the engines, the whole "what is love" motif, etc. Yet, it is still all done fairly well. Next up: my favorite episode of season 2 and my 4th favorite episode of all - "Doomsday Machine".
