I need to be honest about the 2006 re-recorded season 2 intro theme music. The instrumentals are fine but the new singer Elin Carlson, who has apparently sung on practically every tv and movie project, is similar to the original singer but the problem is the over emphasizing her vocals on the track. It’s jarring compared the 1967 original vocals which is blended more equally with the instruments. I guess she’s famous in the business and they made her vocals become the dominant thing. Thankfully, this is only for 50 more episodes and then we’re onto the excellent movie themes and future tv show themes. I’ll be muting that intro while guys slowly get sick of it. Alex already looked like it was irritating him if I’m reading his facial reaction correctly
