こんにちは、alchyです。

自宅で倒れてから1週間が経ちましたが、結石の体外排出に成功しました！

自然排石ができるレベルの大きさの石だったことと、毎日水を大量に飲んだことで、運良く自然排石を促すことができました。

かなり早く体調が改善されたのは、本当に運が良かったと思います。
とはいえ、この病気は再発率が高いので生活リズムを見直しつつ、今後もこの病気と付き合っていく必要がありそうです。

今後のイラスト活動についてですが、特に大きな支障はなさそうで安心です。
しかし、ここ1週間はほとんどPCに触れることができなかったので、近いうちに少しお休みをいただく予定です。

皆さんには心配をおかけしましたが、今後ともよろしくお願いします。

Hello, I'm alchy.

It’s been a week since I collapsed at home, and I’m happy to report that the kidney stone has passed naturally!

Luckily, the stone was small enough to be passed without surgery, and by drinking a lot of water every day, I was able to encourage it to pass on its own.

I think I was really lucky that my condition improved so quickly.
That said, this condition has a high chance of recurring, so I’ll need to review my daily habits and continue to be mindful of it in the future.

As for my future illustration work, it seems there won’t be any major problems, so I feel relieved.
However, I couldn’t really use my PC during the past week, so I plan to take a short break soon to recover a bit more.
