Next chapters will be Kiara and some other pov minor things, and then a double-chapter Eva special to finish off the "intermission". Then a week-long break (might be two, depends on some family things) as I finish putting together the start of the next volume.

Finding out that one of the first things that Dia does in her daily routine is to sneakily snatch up a sleeping Rick from a sleeping Monica to first heal his scars and then have sex with him is both heartwarming and hilarious. I find it really funny that Dia still does not trust Kiara, seeing her as a good for nothing horny leach and blames her for Rick’s higher sex drive, only for her to happy indulge with sex with Rick when no one else is looking! And of course then theirs her giving Eva the lewd dress in order so that she can play romantic matchmaker XD On a more serious note I am very curious to see how Ricks plans with changing the maiden ownership laws will pan out, if things go well I can see him being viewed by Sinco’s population much more favorably. At the same time things can also go very wrong and it would be his fault if that happened. I liked the surprise threshold girl appearance, as well as how Dia handle the situation, you can tell this is not the first time she has had to console a girl thresholding into a maiden. I am personally still not sure how to feel about girls needing to give up and loose their old names when ever they threshold, I get the idea behind it. To allow the new Maiden to more easily forget about her human life and better prepare themselves for the harshness that is being a maiden, but it still rubs me the wrong way. And considering that Rick will be responsible with renaming her I am sure he will find it an uncomfortable experience too. And I know that Rick gave Eva her new name but that felt like a one off thing to me considering what Eva used to be. In any case this two chapters were a great read and I cant wait to read the next pair of chapters, btw what was the next two chapters going to be about?
