Judgment Remake - WIP lineart

Made more progress on the next coming DiD (or CiD in this case) remake scene. This one being a direct adaptation of the Judgment episode, the last one in the Batman TAS series, featuring this new thrilling villain that's going after the entire Gotham's rogue's gallery.
Made it a few changes, and now it's all about Batgirl and Robin investigating some ruckuss caused in a cabaret club... only to find the waitresses all trussed up and suspended from the ceiling! Sadly for Batgirl, she didn't pay attention to her surroundings, which gave a great advantage to the perpetrator over them. None other than Two-Face himself!
Color and more dialogue lines will be inserted in the final version.
