For the continuation of the Laconia Plot, make sure to read the last three books of the series! It will also clear up a lot about the history of things, like the ring builder empire, etc.

The extended sequence with Amos dropping toward the ring station...I flinched with every near-miss. Here's hoping the rumors of a possible continuation to adapt books 7-9 come true.

2025-02-26 14:47:58 +0000 UTCI love Naomis speech at the end, and it makes the scene in season 5 so much more impactful because those were probably the most important words he could hear, "Sometimes the only choice you have is to walk away." Also, there is actually a teeny tiny thing at the very end of the credits. It's not much, just a brief glimpse of something protomolecule looking start to come through the ring.
