2025-01-19 08:49:46 +0000 UTCThis episode was heavy, everybody is suffering in away: Debra, Dex, Quinn, Sam, even crazy Travis has his mind tortured. I love the way Harry recognized that Brother Sam was good for Dexter. If they had more time together, who knew what could have happened. That last scene made me cry I have to admit. Nick’s laugh was so evil, it led him to his death.

2025-01-14 06:57:06 +0000 UTCDexter tried REALLY hard to forgive Nick. He truly did. And I think he would have, and he would've let it go, respected Sam's wish had Nick shown a sliver of remorse. Even when he heard Sam sent Dexter to forgive him and he wanted to talk to Sam, he was just worried about himself. He didn't feel in the least bit bad about killing Sam... I don't blame Dexter, with who he is, for not being able to have the strength to forgive someone laughing about killing his friend right in front of him. That would be incredibly difficult for literally any person, let alone someone like Dexter who has spent decades killing murderers & is only finally starting to open himself up to emotion more. And I legit forgot that we get Brian at the end here. Brian!!! Oh how nice it is to see you. So fun.
