The conversations between Murdock and the priest could've been sappy in the way that protagonist-seeks-guidance-from-religious-authority-figure often are, but it comes across as natural and genuine...though a lot of that is the actor's performance as well. And the scene with the junkie where Murdock discovers Ms. Cardenas' purse is classic show-don't-tell. Also, can we applaud that stuntman who continued fighting WHILE ON FIRE!!!

I think that is true of the best of the Marvel shows and movies. These eps also set up a rather large ramp and lots of stakes. Hyped for next week's uploads, as usual.
