2024-04-02 18:13:11 +0000 UTCI think there was some confusion on the letter that Jonas was carrying around with him in 1888. That was NOT Michael-Mikkel's suicide letter. The old version of that letter was burned by young Jonas in Season 1. That was its end. And it had way more writing on the envelope saying "don't open before November 4 2019". This letter was given to bearded Jonas by younger Noah - near the end of the Season 2 finale. Supposedly from Martha. That's why Jonas went to save Magnus / Franziska / Bartosz. That's why he's gripping the letter so much around this alternate world Martha.

I think they're sent by "someone" to clean up loose ends so the cycle continues for some endgame...or no endgame, just a cycle...I'll stop now before I lose my sanity.
