I’m a little late; but Wanda is the Scarlet Witch. It’s her full power. She doesn’t have movie version Jean Grey’s split personality or Moon Knights multiple personalities. She was just overcome with grief and the Darkhold showed her an evil way to get her kids back. Wanda is more like how Walter White calls himself Heisenberg. It’s the same person.
