Hello! I just came to watch their the 100 reactions for the first time and can't find episode 2x05, am I missing something or did it get deleted? Thanks :)

Amanda

I'm impressed with your willpower to just watch the 2 eps per week. But it's a fun way to take it in... and savor it. Looking forward to your & their reactions to the upcoming episodes.

RIP Sterling. RIP Anya? May we meet again.

The grounders absolutely already know where they are though. Two episodes ago they left that guard patrol staked to trees just outside of the camp. So I have no idea why Major Byrne would think otherwise. Except being too on edge to think clearly. Because these grounders move thru the trees and see all. So the balloon didn't matter. Camp Jaha is made up of a huge portion of the crashed space station. So they really are not blending in. For them to believe otherwise is to seriously underestimate the native people. And I can't imagine that Sinclair, as the chief engineer, would have told Raven and Wick to fix the beacon if it wasn't a priority. But I imagine that everyone is too on edge right now.

I'd say she didn't just look like it, I think she proved herself to BE a badass as well, lol

MSephiroth

Clarke looked like a badass this whole episode

Major Byrne! Thanks, I had forgotten her name. She is obviously scared/nervous which is warranted in their situation. Was it a perfect decision on her part? I would say no, but neither was putting up the balloon without at least consulting leadership. I live in the mountains and you don't see lights from the valley over or multiple valleys over unless it is light pollution from a large city. You need line of sight to spot something like that, even in the dark. All that aside The Guard is clearly on edge and it's making me nervous for the stability of the camp... I hope cooler heads prevail!

I get that Major Byrne has a military mindset. And that she's lost some of her soldiers already. BUT let's be real...... the grounders already know exactly where they are. That whole forest area is their home. So the balloon doesn't matter except to signal more of your missing people. As if the full light show of the camp at night isn't a bigger 'here we are'. Didn't see her shooting out all those lights.

the murphy and bellamy scene is one of my favorites in the whole show it made me fall in love with murphy's character

Great episode! I hope Anya isn't actually dead, her character is so cool and Clarke had finally earned her respect. In regards to the blonde commander woman (sorry I forget her name) I think Rob & Trin are being too hard on her. Raven and Wick are just trying to problem solve but they are doing the classic, "So obsessed with whether or not they could they didn't stop to think if they should". WE the audience are seeing there are Mountain Men, and Grounders, and Reapers but the Ark doesn't yet except for grounders (as far as I know). So the commander is just taking precautions, I mean they found 3 of their people crusified to a tree for heck sake. Before she even shot it down I had the same reaction, I was like are you crazy?! Ring the dinner bell why don't you! Also great development for Murphy, Finn not so much... worried about him going down this dark path. SO MUCH IS GOING ON I could write an essay on just this episode. Already can't wait for the next episode!!!

Kale

Oh wait a minute, Finn Wolfhard (Mike from Stranger Things) is credited in this episode, he's playing Zoran the young boy with Jaha ! I didn't know he was in this show before now, this is cool.

Haven't watched yet. But just had to say... highlight of the episode for me is Murphy holding on, beyond all measure, when he didn't have to. Full credit to Murphy for gutting it out.
