2023-08-28 13:50:43 +0000 UTCSooo excited to start the Loki journey, this show is incredible! Can never get enough of Loki. And Owen Wilson is a welcome surprise and he is FANTASTIC here. Yes, the TVA and Mobius are from the comics! Also the Avengers going back in time in Endgame doesn't violate the Sacred Timeline because they all go back to their timeline AND put the infinity stones back so everything was tied up neatly. Loki escaping was the only "variation" lol. If, for example, the Avengers had gone back in time and tried to live in 2012 and change their future like that instead, then that would be a crime against the timeline. Because it would create all sorts of problems and branches that would trigger the multiversal war. Tom Hiddleston is an amazing actor, I can never get bored watching him.

2023-08-28 12:42:06 +0000 UTCLoki is easily Marvel's best show and the best part of Phase 4. Tom Hiddleston is a phenomenal actor and mesmerizing to watch in this role and show. Before this show came out, I was so negative about Owen Wilson in the MCU but I was completely sold after episode 1. He is absolutely perfect for Mobius - perfect casting and perfect chemistry with Loki. I can't wait to rewatch this with yall!

And then did as Bruce promised Tilda Swinton... returned the stones and mjolnir to the instant they took them. Clipping any branches. Whereas the original 2012 Loki never escaped... and went on to be killed by Thanos. Making this Loki a variant of a past timeline change. But yeah, if you think too much on it... you'll go in circles.

Cooper. ๐๐คฃ๐ Considering the real Cooper was never found and itโs still an unsolved mystery to this day โ Cooper being Loki and the bifrost taking him back to Asgard would โsolveโ the case. Years after Cooper jumped $5,800 was found form the $200k he jumped with - so when the Bifrost got him, it shows some of the money fluttering down. Excellent detail! ๐ (Yes, I know the cash was found still banded together โ but this is an inspired take on the story!)
