Hello friends!
I’ve got great news – this week, instead of another Destroyer update, you’re getting a completely new game!
Over the last two weeks, I’ve dedicated all my time to working on Condemned Bunker, and I can confidently say that we’re on the final stretch.

Naturally, the question is: "When?" – after all, I’ve been talking about it for three months now.
Here’s how I see the remaining work:

  1. Today and tomorrow, I’ll be adding scenes for the remaining four companions. At the moment, I’ve got one fully done. I also need to make a few small tweaks to the companion interaction minigame logic.

  2. Build the atmospheric intro and the main menu.

That’s it. There’s really not much left. I’d like to have everything ready this weekend, then leave a day or two for small tweaks and last-minute changes. So the game should be released next week.

It took quite a while. Much longer than I expected, but there were lots of problems along the way. This was also my first project where I fully planned everything before starting the actual work. What does that mean in practice? For example, I thought through all the logic and created a system where you can have a real impact on the characters and their scenes.

In practice, every character – whether it’s a companion or, for example, a female NPC of Asian ethnicity – has their own folder, with subfolders named after interactions, like “kiss,” etc. If anyone wants, they can simply drop a proper GIF/WEBP/MP4 file into that folder and send it to me. I’ll then handle the optimization and expand the available NSFW/interaction media pool in the game.

In my vision, NPCs in the game will vary in gender, skin color, and maybe even body type – but for all of that, I’ll need a lot of material.

For those waiting on the casino and Brit’s story in Destroyer – don’t worry, I’ll be returning to that right after the Condemned Bunker demo release.

This decision comes from the fact that jumping back and forth between projects slows both of them down much more than I’d like. And yes – I can confirm the 80/20 rule is very real: the last 20% of the work takes 80% of the time.

I won’t ramble any longer. Time to get back to work! I’ll drop a few screenshots from the game here so you can get a feel for what it looks like now.

Take care, and see you very soon in the Bunker!
