Mr. Juice's sniper mission fix

WARNING! If you're playing version v1.20 and apply the fix for v1.21, the game will be missing images because the appropriate multimedia files are not in the game folder. Make sure to check your version before applying the fix!

There is no need to reset the game multiple times. The v1.18 update has reset the progression of house renovations and character history in the main character's house. The renovation option appears when you go through the stepmother's thread. It is the 13th event in her plot. The renovation option has been moved from the house menu to the main character's phone.
