If you like Tom Holland, you should watch The Impossible. It's his first movie and his co-stars are Ewan McGregor and Naomi Watts. If you're interested, it can be cool to watch it knowing nothing about it (like not looking at the poster).

It was a part of a school project during Halloween season that you have to dress up as the character in the book that you presented to the class. Lol I remember I wasn't wearing the classic spider man suit, it was super bulky and muscular like Brock Lesnar. if you don't get that reference than let's just say it bulky like venom or the hulk or a extreme body builder, hahaha. I love this movie, it was fun watching it in theaters.

2023-04-21 16:56:28 +0000 UTCMay didn't know Peter was on the ferry, she was worried about him, couldn't reach him and then she saw the news of this dangerous thing happening on the ferry and the "worried mom brain" kicked in and thought MAYBE that's why she wasn't able to reach him. They don't mention it outright, but they do hint at the loss of Uncle Ben and how she worries a lot more for Peter which is why, when Ned first found out he was Spider-Man, Pete said to him that he couldn't tell May because of all that she's been through, she'd freak out and Ned immediately got serious and said, "OK, I won't say anything to anyone." (paraphrasing). So yeah, the implication has been that she worries about Peter all the time since Ben's death.

Also, the tag with Captain America at the very end of the credits was one of the most hilarious things ever when seeing this in theaters and sitting through all the credits without being able to skip to the end. So good! Man, you guys are in for SO MANY GREAT MOVIES for the next several weeks, I can't wait.

I totally agree, my favourite part of this film, or just in all the Marvel stuff in general is the Tony & Peter father/son dymnamic feel-- so much heart! The vulture 'step-dad' twist is such a good moment-- i remember everyone gasping in the cinema at the reveal! Can't wait for next weeks film-- this 3rd Thor film is another one of my favourites! (Taika Waititi's mad genius!)

2023-04-17 18:40:52 +0000 UTCI think the Vulture only became rich after he started dealing arms but before then it was middle class struggle which was why him losing that clean up contract was such an effective catalyst. I completely empathize and understand while also agreeing that only Stark’s company should handle the clean up due to the dangerous nature of the debris. When they took over the project, they should have paid him back for his investment, it’s not like that would have been the tip of the iceberg for Stark Industry finances.

2023-04-17 14:49:26 +0000 UTCThey left clues that they were listening to Peter, just not telling him they were. When Tony saves Peter from the water, he mentions the lady that bought him a churro. He only knows that because Peter left it in a message to Happy and Happy told Tony. The FBI sting was there because they did listen. Tony called the FBI because of the information that Peter told them. Tony does care and wants Peter to be safe. Finally, remember in Iron Man 3, Tony's suit wasn't working and he had to be something without the suit. At the end he says that you can take away all his toys and even still "I am Iron Man", it's not the suit that makes him Iron Man. That's why he said that to Peter, he learned it and needs to pass it on.

If anything, I helped improve my parents credit score because they are the ones that took out the bank loan and I paid for everything (even the down payment with my savings).

If so, I recommend watching the Amazing Spider-Man movies that came out after Toby’s before you get too far into these MCU movies. I don’t want to spoil, so I’ll just say that knowing the story in those movies will help at some point in the MCU.

I think it is cute that husband and wife have voiced A.I. assistants in the MCU. Great reaction!
